Planning Application Packages
We offer transparent, fixed-fee pricing for domestic residential planning applications, tailored to the scale of your project. Whether you're looking to expand your home with a loft conversion, a rear extension, a new outbuilding, or even a development our team provides end-to-end support to guide your application through to submission. We are experienced in planning from residential extensions to master plan developments over 500 dwellings.
Basic Extension (under 50m²)
Ideal for loft conversions, single-storey rear extensions, or outbuildings.
Mid-size Extension (50–120m²)
Includes detailed design layouts and planning for larger rear or side extensions.
Large Extension (120–210m²)
Comprehensive planning and design support for substantial home developments.
Each package includes full planning drawings, design development, and submission to your local planning authority. We ensure your proposal meets all planning requirements & regulatory requirements while aligning with your vision.
