Planning by S2B and Development by S2B were created to help homeowners & developers navigate the planning early stages of a project with greater clarity, confidence, and design awareness. Our work brings together planning understanding, architectural thinking, and a considered approach to development, so that each project begins with a clear direction and a stronger foundation for what follows. We have 15 years of planning and architecture expertise in residential, commercial , as well as urban-planning.
